Can I Cancel a Booking
Yes you can Cancel a booking, up to 7 days prior to your tour. You will be charged a $20 dollar service fee. There are no cancellations 7 days prior to your tour, but you can rebook with a credit for a later date or gift it to a friend or family member. In case of really bad weather we may choose to reschedule the tour, or if we have an intrepid buch we might want to go out in our rain gear. Some of my best work has been done in rain and snow. Weather related emails will be sent out 48, and 24 hours before a tour.
Where will we be meeting
The meetup site will be emailed to you 48 hours before your tour. Sites vary according to your tour. The meet up site will always be accessible by public transit. If you have special needs please let us know.
Are Walk Ups allowed
Yes, If you don’t have a reservation you can join us in the 20 minute meet up and pay cash or Venmo and join the tour group. Perfect if you have a friend or family member who wants to tag along.
What to Bring
YOUR CREATIVITY!! Wear comfortable neutral colored clothing appropriate for the weather, as well as comfortable walking shoes or running shoes. Of course your camera or two, maybe a second lens if you are not a zoomer like me. A water bottle, a protein bar or fruit snack is a good ideal to hold you over till lunch.
